• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, IT or
related field.
• At least 1-5 years’ work experience in Sales
• Experiences in sales security or IT network industry would be Advantage
• Good communication, negotiation, interpersonal skills and strong service mind
• Willing to learn new things and hard working
• Computer proficiency and the ability to accurately enter data and generate reports

• Establishing new, and maintaining existing, relationships with customers
• Travelling to visit potential clients
• Managing and interpreting customer requirements

• Providing pre-sales technical assistance and product education
• Negotiating and closing sales by agreeing terms and conditions
• Making support document such as diagram, Layout plan.
• Coordinate sales effort with team members and other departments.
• Achieve sales targets of company products & services within assigned industry/
account and outcomes within schedule
• Manage sales target and reporting sales information, resolving problems.
• Identify and analyze market, handle sales and marketing activity to
meet customer inquiries.
• Report back on sales progress, feedback and attainment of goals.
• Negotiating prices, costs, deliveries and specifications with buyers and managers
• Thai Nationality.
• Bachelor's Degree or higher in Engineering, IT or MBA or Business Administration.
• Minimum of 5 years of progressive sales experience in Electronic Security or IT projects.
• At least 3 years of experience as a sales Manager or Business Development Manager, specializing in Electronic
specializing in Electronic Security/IT projects targeting premium or enterprise-level clients.
• Proven track record of developing and managing long-term customer relationships.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
• Proficient in spoken and written English.
• Recruit, lead, and manage the sales team to ensure optimal performance and achievement of targets.
• Ensure the sales team meets or exceeds annual sales targets through effective leadership and motivation.
• Foster and maintain strong relationships with customers and suppliers, particularly in the premium and enterprise sectors.
• Drive sales efforts for Access Control Systems and CCTV projects targeting premium and enterprise end-users.
• Develop and implement strategic plans to expand market share and reach new customers.
• Collaborate with the Director of Sales and Design and other cross-functional teams to align sales strategies with overall company objectives.
• Prepare and analyze sales reports and financial data to inform decision-making and strategy formulation.
• Contribute to the development of company policies and strategies related to sales and business development.
• Perform other assignments from the Director of Sales and Design.
